Meet Danny Klotz

I’m Danny Klotz, Broker/Owner of NextHome Connection with a career spanning 12+ years and serving clients across both Indiana and Colorado. As the Broker/Owner, my agents are my number one priority. Every decision I make comes back to one question: does this genuinely support my agents and help them grow? I’m committed to giving my agents the tools, guidance, and hands-on support they need to build the business they want, while protecting the culture that makes this office a place agents are proud to be part of. Growth and culture aren’t a trade-off here, they go hand in hand, and I work hard every day to make sure both stay strong. My agents’ success and their experience in this office matter to me equally.

When I’m not assisting clients, I cherish quality time with my family. I find solace in nature and the great outdoors, and with a passion for animals, I enjoy caring for our family’s horses, dogs, and chickens. Before real estate, I pursued my love for motorsports, honing my skills as a mechanic and pit crew member in IndyCar racing. That fast-paced world instilled in me a tireless work ethic, unwavering dedication to precision, and the ability to excel under pressure. With my commitment to my clients and agents, and a genuine passion for the industry, I continue to work to make a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve.
